Keynote speaker – Professor Louis Appleby – Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Manchester and Director of the National Confidential Inquiry into Suicide and Homicide by People with Mental Illness. He leads the National Suicide Prevention Strategy for England and is a Non-Executive Director of the Care Quality Commission, the NHS regulator.
