Large scale simulation games have been used across a range of sectors from the military to finance to develop core leadership and management skills, testing individuals and teams on how they respond to complex scenarios and change.
EnTRUSTed is a large scale hospital simulation game-a-thon, where the functions of an NHS Trust and roles within in it are performed by its many participants. Each participant plays a role of a key decision maker within a fictional NHS hospital. To succeed, participants will need to efficiently act according to their roles and responsibilities, perform allocated tasks and negotiate the various challenges that they will face over the day.
